I'm missing an item. What should I do?Updated 2 years ago

We're sorry to hear that an item is missing from your order! Before reaching out to us, please check the following:

  • Review your order confirmation. Check that the missing item was included in the order, or if it was included in a separate order if you have multiple orders. In the case of multiple orders, items will ship separately with different tracking numbers.
  • You may have placed an order for an item on pre-order. In this case, you can find the estimated ship date on that item's product page. Our website will always have the most up to date shipping information.
  • If all of your packages have been delivered, please check the contents of all of them. We consolidate items when possible to reduce waste and emissions (i.e. electric pumps can usually be found inside the paddle board box).

If you are still unable to locate your item, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • order number
  • a clear photo of the packing slip

We'll look into it and resolve the issue for you as soon possible.
